By accessing or using the Boostix platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Boostix Corporation ("Boostix," "we," "us," or "our").

Boostix provides AI-powered advertising optimization and management services. Our platform helps businesses improve their advertising performance through automated optimization, data analysis, and strategic insights.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1. Subscription Period

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

4.2. Pricing

Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4.3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers for business accounts.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws. Our data protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Data is stored in secure Canadian data centers located in Toronto and Montreal, with backup facilities in Vancouver.

6. Service Level Agreement

We maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our platform. Scheduled maintenance is performed between 02:00-04:00 ET on the second Sunday of each month.

Emergency maintenance may be performed as needed with minimum 2 hours notice via our status page and email notifications.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• Access to services will cease at the end of the current billing period
• Customer data will be retained for 30 days and available for export
• After 30 days, all customer data will be permanently deleted

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting to our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
